Baseline Marine Products Ltd
Formed in 1989, Baseline is now a well established marine hardware specialist, distributing an extensive range of marine hardware and rigging to both private customers and the trade. The range - which includes Makefast and Solent Leisure products - are aimed at the requirements of the small boat owner, yachts person, boat builder, chandlers, riggers, sailmakers and industrial users. We also supply difficult-to-source products to customers as diverse as husky sledge manufacturers to architects.
Baseline offer customers full technical support on all products, together with detailed test reports and technical data sheets for all the Makefast product range and many other lines. The website and catalogue include detailed dimensions and specifications for most products where available. For demanding industrial applications, we offer Certificates of Conformity on many engineering products. We try to constantly improve our customer service and backed with the latest IT technology our friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales team are always ready to help!
A printed catalogue is available to both public and trade customers and Baseline are confident that you will find many products of great interest. However, if you are unable to find what you are looking for in our current products range, Baseline may still be able to source items for you from our huge base of suppliers.
Location
Located in Lee on the Solent, Hampshire - just off the M27 between Southampton and Portsmouth - Baseline are ideally situated to service the marine market with our purpose built sales facilities and comprehensive stock control system.

The Makefast Range
Based in Newtown, Wales, Makefast Ltd are closely associated with Baseline and design and manufacture a unique and high quality range of marine and safety hardware for Baseline in stainless steel and marine plastics.
Utilizing a skilled and experienced engineering team backed by the latest in 3D computer design and production technology - including TIG welding and laser cutting with in-house toolmaking and tensile testing - Makefast are market leaders in stainless steel and injection moulded marine products.
The Makefast range of Canopy Fittings for Sprayhoods and Biminis is the most extensive in the industry, providing solutions for virtually any structure, so difficult designs can be easily created and utilized.
Solent Leisure Products
The Solent Leisure range of innovative and exclusive British-made yacht fittings, canvas products, webbing goods and sail accessories, are practical products which have been carefully designed to give excellent service and value for money for the modern yachts person.
In April 1999 Solent Leisure became part of Baseline, and since then many of these products have been manufactured in house at Baseline. These products will be of particular interest to small boat owners, private yacht owners, and marine chandlers.
Victory Marine Fittings
Victory Marine Fittings Limited was established in 1981.
And is a leading supplier of rigging equipment and
related items. In April 2008 Victory Marine became part of Baseline.

Finding Us:
By Road - from London - M25 J12 exit onto the M3. Continue straight ahead until bearing east onto M27 towards Portsmouth . Exit M27 J11, take the 3rd exit following the signs for Gosport, at the next roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A32, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit, stay in the right hand lane signposted Lee-on-Solent, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit, at the next roundabout also take the 2nd Exit (HMS Collingwood should be on your Right), at the roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted Lee-on-Solent, at the trafic lights turn Right follow the road round to the left and Daedalus Park is on the left opposite the driving test centre
From Birmingham - From M42 J3A exit onto the M40 and continue southbound until exiting onto the A34 at J9. Continue along the whole length of the A34 until exiting onto the M3 J9. Continue straight until bearing east until M27 and follow further directions described above.
From Southampton - Heading east on the M27 take J9 and follow the directions above.
